This modern apartment has fabulous views of the mountains, salt lakes, and the sea.The Complex is gated and has 2 lifts to access the 5th floor. It is a very quiet apartment as its away from the road. The balcony has views of the sea which is a 2 minute walk. Entering the apartment there is an open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has large patio doors onto the balcony to make the most of the views. There are 2 large double bedrooms, one with an en-suite. The beach is very exclusive and only really used by the surrounding homes. Punta Prima is a quiet residential area popular for its seafront promenade and laid-back beaches, in particular, Cala Ferris, a small rocky cove of clear water backed by palm trees, which tends to only be used by the locals. Relaxed eateries scattered across the neighborhood serve traditional Spanish food, Asian cuisine, and fish ‘n’ chips. There’s a go-kart track with courses for kids and adults, and basic shops at the Punta Marina commercial center. The popular La Zenia Boulevard and Torrevieja are both close by.It is a short walk or bus ride into the centre of Torrevieja where you will find more beaches, restaurants and shops The transport links are excellent with the N332 .half a km away and the AP-7 a short drive meaning you can be at Alicante airport in 45 minutes.Make sure you call to book a visit to this apartment you wont be disappointed!
