Since the first contact to visit the property we were impressed with the service we received from Vistacasas. Mark was able to arrange a visit to the apartment at very short notice (we were returning to England the next day), he answered all our questions and when he was not able to  answer he made a note for coming back to us.

He provided us with additional information about the process and additional costs for the purchasing of the apartment that was very helpful for informing our decision.

Angela and Mark kept us regularly updated and quickly responded to our emails . They dealt with our queries in a very professional manner. They supported and facilitated our communication with the seller and worked very well with our lawyer. This was very reassuring for us as we were conducting the entire purchase process from England.
