We really must thank you for your super help in enabling us to buy our dream apartment in Spain.

Having done much research on the internet (and feeling very cautious after reading several scary stories) we booked a week to look around our chosen area. We loved Villamartin but could not find a flat within our budget even with the help of two other agents.
We were depressed and at the end of the week we stopped for a drink in The Plaza. We were right outside your Vistcasas offices, so we walked in.

Adam there was amazing and within our final two days he found us our ideal place. With absolutely no pressure to buy he quickly arranged viewings, advised negotiations, and explained paperwork. With hours to spare before we flew home (it was the weekend) and
with the help of Mark, he even found us an excellent young lawyer to promise to do all the paperwork (she was sunbathing on the beach at the time !!) We now have the deeds and services are arranged.

Quick sale by Vistacasas Seller

I was a bit worried about putting my property on the market, as it was not in tip top shape, but Vistacasas sold it very quick, and i am satisfied with the price. Their commission is not high, and they are professional. Mark replied fast to my e-mails, and they have provided me with free "additional service", such as helping me when i was locked out of my apartment. I can recommend Vistacasas if you are selling property.

Mark svarte alltid raskt på mine e-poster, og deres service er profesjonell. Deres provisjon er ca halvparten av det "Norske" meglere tar. De var og veldig hjelpsomme og hjalp meg blant annet da jeg var utelåst. Jeg kan anbefale Vistacasas hvis du skal selge eiendom.

Since the first contact to visit the property we were impressed with the service we received from Vistacasas. Mark was able to arrange a visit to the apartment at very short notice (we were returning to England the next day), he answered all our questions and when he was not able to answer he made a note for coming back to us.

He provided us with additional information about the process and additional costs for the purchasing of the apartment that was very helpful for informing our decision.

Angela and Mark kept us regularly updated and quickly responded to our emails . They dealt with our queries in a very professional manner. They supported and facilitated our communication with the seller and worked very well with our lawyer. This was very reassuring for us as we were conducting the entire purchase process from England.
